Consumers 1st Limited is engaged in the promotion of consumers' rights and awareness, besides the legal protection of citizens who fall victim to swindles, abuses of power and poor services. What distinguishes Consumers 1st Limited from other similar associations is the prominence given to the personality of the consumer regarded in its entirety. As evidenced by Maslow, the economic man is not exaustive of the man as a whole because he does not take into account the predominant motivations of the adult man: Esteem and Self-actualization.

From this point of view, our aim is to stimulate a keener relationship between suppliers of goods and services and the consumer. A relationship founded on mutual confidence, on the quality of the products and methods of production, on a pricing policy tied to production, thus favouring a fairer, sustainable and less unbalanced pattern of development.
